Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has constructed numerous residential complexes in India. The majority of them are concentrated in Gurugram and Bengaluru. In Gurugram, a major city in the northern part of the country, Shapoorji Pallonji has built Raisina Residency, Godrej Frontier, and DLF The Primus, all within a span of four years from 2014 to 2018. Bengaluru, the Silicon Valley of India, also has many residential buildings by Shapoorji Pallonji.
There is Parkwest Phase 1 and 2, Mahindra Windchimes (Phase 1), Elita Promenade, New Haven, Assetz MarQ (Phase 1), DLF Westend Heights, Brigade Panorama, and Brigade Cosmopolis, just to name a few. Shapoorji Pallonji ran multiple projects simultaneously in the city, which is how most of these projects were completed in a span of just two years, from 2017 to 2019.
